I was not aware until I called my insurance company that I was being charged $125 for 15 minutes. I understood that the first visit was for around $75 - NOT. I was scheduled to see a massage therapist in the same practice. I rescheduled a visit and then realized that the time you are preparing for therapy is included in the time of the actual therapy. Canceled!!! I was being charged a copay of $25 for EACH visit,. I received a refund for $25 but should receive a refund for the original $25. Anyway, this was not a pleasant experience and Needless to say, I will not be returning. The receptionist acted put out because of the refund while trying to assist others.
