I would not recommend AICA Accident Injury Chiropractic (Marietta location). I visited after a minor car accident and only attended two sessions before deciding not to continue. From the start, the experience felt overly aggressive and commercialized. I was told I needed an extensive “treatment plan” that would total around $7,000, despite clearly stating I was not in any pain. The setup didn’t inspire confidence — techs with little experience were administering basic shoulder rubs using Icy Hot in a large open room with folding chairs. This was labeled as “physical therapy,” but in my opinion, it felt far from professional or medically necessary. There were also multiple signs warning against cell phone use or recording, which added to my concerns about transparency. After I stopped attending, I was surprised to receive a bill for the full treatment plan — nearly $7,000 — even though I only went twice and never agreed to move forward. It’s hard not to walk away feeling like this place operates more like an insurance billing machine than a legitimate healthcare provider. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I hope others do their research before seeking care here.
