To sum up my experience to date, exactly 7 days ago I could barely walk, sit or lie due to very sharp lower back pains. Today I am functional to the point I think I'm "cured!" Alas, I know am not. BUT, thank you AFC team because today I am moving with much declining pain. Importantly, AFC is training me how to erase bad posture habits that contribute to painful back problems. Thanks AFC Team!

If you have back pain - walk briskly to AFC. I am a 69 year old woman with lower back pain - standing and walking were difficult. However, I planned a fabulous but aggressive walking vacation with my Son. These venues Forum-Rome, Pompeii-Italy, the Library-Turkey, Capri-Italy. I turned to AFC Desert Ridge a few months before my trip. This treatment and the excercises they taught me got me through in flying colors. I was not ashamed to sit and do a stretch when I needed one - large rocks are everywhere enabling the stretches. Thank God I had done this prior too. I am now easily doing household chores, Costco trips, and very little back pain,

Don’t go here if you just want to get adjusted. First they brought me through this entire process they have to sell me on things I didn’t ask for or even care about. Then they told me they don’t adjust on the first visit. Was a waste of time.
