I was suffering from back pain, neck and shoulder pain for some time. I was skeptical going to a chiropractor, but I did some research and found advate wellness And thought about giving it a try. My first session Dr. Nelson Listen to all the concerns that I had and within the first treatment, I was feeling much better. After eight sessions with Dr. Nelson, I can generally say that I feel so much better with dealing with my pain and my overall mobility has improved. Dr. Nelson starts each session with a prayer and it gave me faith, hope and confidence towards getting better. I cannot thank doctor enough for his help.

Was referred to Advocate Wellness from a friend for my back and neck issues. Dr. Nelson was able to see me quickly, found where my issues resided and got to work. After only a few appointments I was already feeling better. Dr. Nelson is knowledgeable, professional and very understanding. Plan to continue my visits in the future.

Amazing work from Dr. Nelson. I came in with a chronic nerve issue in my upper back that has been haunting me for a decade. Within a couple session I had noticed dramatic improvement such as less frequent back pain, less twitching, and even improved range of motion in my neck. I'm writing this after a little over a month of treatment and I have to say, I never thought I would feel this good in my back ever again. I've tried being treated/seen by the VA in the past but never got them to really look into it. Can't recommend Advocate Wellness enough.

Was tired of going to the walk-in chiropractor clinics and looking for a more personal approach. Dr. Nelson was just that. I had been having upper back/shoulder pain for months and practically living on a heating pad. Even with severe stress, I’m having less pain in all areas of concern. I’m also sleeping better and feeling better.

If you have aches and pains, I cannot recommend Dr. Nelson enough. I came in due to ongoing low back pain. Within 3 appointments, my low back pain was gone. Then I realized that I had been having pain in my shoulder. Dr. Nelson has been working on my shoulder and I finally feel like a new person. It is amazing. He really listens to you and has a whole body approach to your treatment. He will fix you up in no time!!
