I initially thought this place was fine. The first few appointments were long and the waits were a bit much, but the program they set up for me seemed thorough. The real problems started when I tried to book a follow-up months later. They advertise a flashy online scheduler right on their website, but it’s garbage. Since I’m currently living abroad, calling has been difficult (especially now that Skype is gone). I tried multiple times to schedule through their website starting back in July, hoping to secure a December appointment. Each time I asked for email communication because I can’t accept calls or check voicemail right now. Despite four separate attempts through their system, I never received a single reply. I even asked my dad to contact them for me—he called 2–3 times and specifically requested email follow-up on my behalf. Still nothing. I’ve since wasted more time trying different online calling apps (and now probably signed up for endless spam) just to get through. No luck. It’s ridiculous in 2025 that a healthcare practice can’t handle something as basic as email communication or functional online booking. Every other medical or dental facility I’ve worked with has been straightforward. This office is the only nightmare. I’m giving 2 stars only because their program itself seemed good. But the incompetence and lack of responsiveness make it nearly impossible to stay on as a patient. Honestly, they need an AI scheduling system to replace whoever is ignoring emails and requests right now.

I have had my right knee replaced and have had a very good experience with my rehab and therapy here very impressed with the results I would recommend to anyone who needs rehab

The lady at the front desk barely even greeted me when I made the appointment we had already discussed that my insurance would not cover the procedure. After speaking with the np all they were focused on was my insurance and still never even quoted me what it would be for just a chiropractic procedure and asked me to just check with the front desk about insurance that’s when I just walked off because why wouldn’t they check when I waited 10 minutes in the lobby. Found a better place.
