I highly recommend Dr. Meltser and the staff at Advanced Spine & Headache Center in Southfield. They were focused on building strength around my neck and back through stretching and physical therapy. They preached strength over surgery, and they did not feel like the stereotypical chiropractic spine manipulation treatment. I started with debilitating neck and back pain, tingling down my arm, and two numb fingers. After identifying the location of the bulging disc in my neck, we spent the next 6 weeks with stretching, traction, heat treatment, massage, nerve stimulation, and at-home exercise. Dr. Meltser recommended a new cervical pillow, which significantly improved my sleeping position and neck support. I am now pain-free, acutely aware of my posture, and back to normal activity. The results I saw from Dr. Meltser and his team were life changing!

Dr. Meltser is very personable, and all his staff are amazing. They have super convenient early times for the 8-5 crowd. I go at 7:30 and don’t even need to take off work.
