Most helpful and empowering chiropractic office I've been to. I'm used to getting crunched and going on my way. But Dr Jake and team also gave me a tailor made exercise routine to strengthen the muscles that will keep me from the same injury happening again. Very refreshing and helpful. Seems like they're more invested in me getting better and understanding my body then maintaining a steady stream of clients who don't know how to take care of themselves. Will definitely be back if I throw something else out, but for now I'm feeling much better and have the tools to maintain my progress.

I drive across town from Eden Prairie to come see Dr. Holm and Tuahn. So that should sum it up. But, if I have to write further, I have recommended Dr. Holmes & Tuahn to any & all my friends and family. I am no expert myself, but I feel Dr. Holms takes a holistic approach to treating a condition. Takes the time to explain what the problem could be and how he is approaching the treatment. If that is not enough, Dr. Holm and Tuahn are the most wonderful & kind human beings. I would give them 7-stars if I could.

Dr. Holm is very helpful and has made my back feel better in the first session! I keep coming back due to his knowledge and healing ability. TuAnn is also so helpful regarding scheduling and welcoming you in. Highly recommend !!
