Active Edge is one of those places I can go and "exhale", it's a place to be seen and heard, it's a place to be nurtured. On a recently visit, I walked into their doors feeling a heaviness/sadness and I left feeling so light and smiling so big! Every visit is a unique, it's the art of healing. Sometimes I see a bigger change than other times, but it's all important. I'm so glad to have the system in place to know where to go when I need to pick me up. I'm so thankful for Active Edge!
