Can’t say enough positive things about this practice! All of the staff is so kind and accommodating and Dr. Bearden takes the time to truly listen and care. I’ve been multiple times due to my lower back pain. While speaking to Dr. Bearden this past time, I explained my knee mobility issues I was having as well. He gave me multiple stretches/exercises to do and explained them to me. After a couple weeks of consistently doing those exercises, I have regained full mobility of my knee. I’m very thankful for the knowledge, service and experience I consistently receive!

Due to my scoliosis, I need adjustments to keep me active with less pain. I've been going to chiropractors since the mid-eighties, some better than others. Some adjust all patients in the same manner and the same each visit. Not here! The doctors review each patients xrays and prior methods of treatment at every appointment in order to determine what type of adjustments are needed. Their goal is to correct alignment problems to ease pain and increase mobility, helping the bodys natural ability to heal. The search for great results are over!! 5 stars for all the staff!!

After my car accident in March 2025, seven months later I started have lower back pain that started to shoot down my leg and sometimes made it uncomfortable to put pressure on. I tried to go to the joint or stretch center but it wasn’t working. I was referred to Action Spine and Joint. When I called, I was scheduled for an appointment the next day. My experience was better than I expected. Dr. Bearden was understanding and immediately provided me with tools and resources as well as started physical therapy. After about week and a half I felt better and felt the pressure and tension in my lower back began to release. If there was ever a thought of if you should action on you back pain sooner than later, I’m here to tell you to do so and call them! Thank you all for starting this journey to heal.
