Very unorganized and uneducated on billing insurance. Front desk receptionist is rude and appears anxious in behavior. Decided to decline service based on receptionist passive-aggressive behavior and her suggesting I “go back to my previous chiropractor” because their billing department doesn’t understand how to bill my insurance company. Although, she stated she called my insurance company BCBS, to verify coverage and codes to use for procedures.

Incredibly competent and helpful. Understands people. Thorough. Careful. Gentle and effective. Asked questions to really see where my son was at and why he was there.
