Exploded my phone early in the morning (7+ calls) and a string of texts that woke me up. Politely tried to explain that I work nights, I'm sleeping, I'm exhausted and to please call again later or try help try and figure out what's needed and then I got hung up on. For a place I have never been to they were extremely rude over the phone
