I have a strained lower back that is limiting my movement. My strength and movement was thoroughly evaluated. She worked gently and effectively on my lower back and pelvis. I experienced remarkable relief. Still healing and plan to continue this treatment. I highly recommend A&M Wellness. I have confidence in her expertise. Her staff is competent and welcoming.

Dr. Milne is amazing. I had frozen shoulder about a year ago, went to weeks worth of physical therapy, had shoulder injections and was told i would need a shoulder replacement surgery in the near future. I had very little relief from the pain and limited mobility. My husband sees Dr. Milne and mentioned my issue to her. She was confident that she could help so i decided to give her a try: Oh my goodness within the first treatment I was able to completely move my shoulder and lift it straight up, i was shocked!
