Just called to inquire about if they accept my insurance. First call, the lady hung up right after answering, and the second she was rather short with me, rude and unhelpful enough that I feel compelled to leave a review. I would have taken my whole family there, but their inability to provide decent customer service to a potential new customer will ensure that I NEVER go there, and that I tell everyone I know how unhelpful their receptionist is. She’s the frontline for their company and she utterly failed.

Our son and daughter have gone here a few times for adjustments. Cassie has always been wonderful and helped out kids out with their lower back pain and a hip thrown out of place during HS volleyball.

The Doctors are always so kind and friendly, they get to know you and your family so well, they are so genuine.
