I can't recommend 120 Chiropractic Inc. enough—it's easily a 5-star experience at every appointment. The staff here is incredibly inviting and genuinely warm from the moment you walk in. The office atmosphere is simple, refreshing, and calming, which immediately puts you at ease. What stands out the most is how comfortable the entire team made me feel throughout the entire adjustment process, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Beyond the exceptional care, their scheduling is a huge bonus—they consistently offer next-day appointments or can get me in definitely within the week, which is incredibly convenient. Worst chiropratic I’ve ever gone to. From inability to treat you to the fraudulent charges for services never received. They do not give you a bill monthly and then after they collected from your insurance company for numerous services not performed. You are left with huge bill. I went in for simple chiropratic adjustment. And that is all that was performed. Possibly 5-minutes of doctor adjusting you. Then receptionist turns on a table with rollers that runs for 5-minutes. So I had no idea they were billing my insurance company for therapy, traction and three other services never performed. Of course my insurance paid the majority of the bill because they believed those services were performed. So after 6-visits I have a bill for $ 6,700. They did perform additional x-rays and initial patient exam. Those charges were in line with other chiropractors. Then sent me to collections company. I filed complaint with better business bureau, insurance commissioner as well as fraud investigation with Blue Cross Blue Shield. So it will take time to get justice. This is why insurance is so expensive. Because the greed of others. I won my case in court so that will tell you something. This chiropractor is able through Google to get all negative reviews removed. So that’s why he appears to provide 5-star service. When I originally posted this review there were 4-others that had same experience and reviews. Those were removed because 120-chiropractic found a way to get all negative reviews removed. So what good is Google reviews if they can be manipulated??
