The staff was Great very accommodating when it came to scheduling my appointments. The bathroom was always clean there's always wipes to clean the machines. Great experience after being in a accident it nice to be able to have a great TEAM to get you better.

It’s a nice office and the dog brings a great vibe but I used a special promotion and was then told after the completion of a service that this is an additional charge and I then had to pay for it without being told that this was additional. So just be careful of charges being sprung up without being told ahead of time..😐

I went to 100% chiropractor clinic in Charlotte, NC off mallard creek road. I purchased the 1 year program up front for $6,970.01. I told Dr. Ben at the time that if he left I would terminate my services and was told it was refundable for the unused portion. I canceled my services on May 27, 2024 and Makayla at the front desk informed me that I would get a refund around $3000 and it could be more or less. She also told me that it would take up to 90 days for receive the refund. It is almost 2 months past the 90 days when I was supposed to receive my refund and I keep getting the run around. I need some assistance any way I can get it. Please help me. I do not recommend this place as this is not the first review about this kind of issue.
